RITES OF PASSAGE is...

A living museum,

A ritual art house,

A home of belonging, healing & remembrance,

And, a movement celebrating women's lives

& initiations from birth through death.

Each 'ROOM OF CURE' in the house

represents a stage or rite of passage

using ritual performance, installation &

multimedia artwork.

Appearing as live, public events, our work

continues to live on virtually, in film, and eventually

in print in our Rites of Passage book.

Collaboratively created by women from diverse

backgrounds, ages & ethnicities,

 RITES OF PASSAGE is

a living, breathing invocation...

for the healing of our lineages,

the weaving of our many colors

and a fertile future for the generations to come.

OUR COLLECTIVE FUTURE DEPENDS
ON THE STORIES WE TELL...

Creativity is not a solitary movement. That is its power. Whatever is touched by it, whoever hears it, sees it, senses it, knows it, is fed. A single creative act has the potential to feed a continent. One creative act can cause a torrent to break through stone."
